Mr. George Don-Arthur - is the President/Managing Member of Alterium, LLC. As Managing Member, Mr. Don-Arthur has the sole mandate to operate the day-to-day activities of Alterium as well as to increase market penetration.
Mr. Don-Arthur has 10+ years in the Information Technology services industry and has worked in that capacity in a multitude of sectors. With experience in private and public industry,
Mr. Don-Arthur has held various management positions at IBM, been engaged on projects with multinational organizations such as Coca-Cola, as well as contributed to various publications and cyber security task forces.
Mr. Don-Arthur holds various certifications, including but not limited to the PMP, CISSP, VCP, MCSE and CCNP. Mr. Don-Arthur is a graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX; where he studied Physics, Mathematics and Business.
Mrs. Crystal Dugas - She has an extensive background that spans across government and private industry where she has worked in various roles for agencies/companies such as Louisiana Department of Justice, Shell Energy, and British Petroleum.Â
Her background includes IT application support, quality assurance, business analysis, financial analysis, and project management. Crystal holds an MBA in management, is a certified Project Management Professional, and is ITIL certified. She currently serves on the board of the Project Management Institute's Clear Lake Galveston Chapter.
Mr. Albert J. Collier -is a seasoned project manager with thirty (30) years experience managing multi-million dollar international projects. Mr. Collier's portfolio of projects amount to over US$24 Billion, and span the construction, petrochemical and energy sectors.
A short list of clients includes, but is not limited to Bechtel, Worley Parsons, Applied Management Concepts, Commonwealth E&C and ExxonMobil. As an experienced Project Manager, Albert has performed Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED), implemented Project Management Offices (PMOs), and managed Project Controls for nuclear power plants, fossil-based power plants, desalination water treatment plants, chemical plants, railway systems, airports and pipelines projects, worldwide.
As member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Mr. Collier established PMI Chapters in Los Angeles, Clear Lake/Galveston as well as developed the PMI Seminar at Sea (SAS) program. He is also on the Board of Directors of the (i) Aerospace and Defense; and (ii) Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
Mr. Albert Collier studied Architectural Engineering at the University at California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
